Gobi Tikka Masala

Ingredients

  • Gobi Tikka
  • Onion, finely chopped – 2nos
  • Ginger paste – 1tbsp
  • Garlic paste – 1tbsp
  • Tomato Puree – 1cup
  • Turmeric powder – ½tsp
  • Red Chili powder – 1½tsp (adjust to your spice level)
  • Coriander powder – 1½tsp
  • Garam Masala powder – 1tsp
  • Shahi Jeera seeds – 1tsp
  • Salt – 1tsp (adjust to your taste)
  • Cashew Nut, paste – 10~15nos
  • Kasoori Methi – ½tsp
  • Fresh Cream – ¼cup
  • Oil – 3tbsp
  • Onion, cut largely – 1nos
  • Green Capsicum, cut largely – 1nos
  • Tomato, de-seeded & cut largely – 1nos
  • Coriander leaves, chopped – 2tbsp

Method

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add largely cut onion, fry until translucent
  • Add green capsicum, de-seeded tomato, fry well, keep aside
  • Add shahi jeera, fry well
  • Add cut chopped onion, fry well until brown
  • Add ginger, garlic paste, mix & cook well
  • Add tomato puree, mix & cook well
  • Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, mix & cook well
  • Add cashew nut paste, fresh cream, mix well
  • Add fried onion, capsicum, tomato pieces, kasoori methi, coriander leaves, mix well
  • Add Gobi Tikka, mix well with the masala
  • Serve hot along with paratha, roti
