Gobi Tikka

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower, cut into small florets, blanched medium – 1nos
  • Besan – 2tbsp
  • Ginger paste – 1tsp
  • Garlic paste – 1tsp
  • Red Chili powder – 1tsp (adjust to your spice level)
  • Ajwain – ½tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ½tsp
  • Garam Masala powder – 1tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1tsp
  • Kasoori Methi – 1tsp
  • Curd – ¼cup
  • Mustard Oil – 1tbsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1tsp
  • Salt  – ½tsp (adjust to your taste)

Method

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add ajwain, fry a little
  • Add besan, simmer the flame, fry well
  • Add ginger garlic paste, mix well
  • Transfer into a bowl
  • Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, curd, kasoori methi, mustard oil, kasoori methi, mix well
  • Allow it to rest for 30min
  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C
  • Bake for 5min, give an oil coat, bake again for 5min or until cauliflower starts turning brown
  • Garnish with cut vegetables, coriander leaves
  • Serve hot
