Makaron Wstążki Pasta


  • Makaron Wstążki, cooked until al dente – 400gm
  • Brussels Sprouts – 200gm
  • Garlic, minced – 5pods
  • Olive oil – 50ml
  • Basil leaf, powder – 1tsp
  • Parsley, powder – 1tsp
  • Black Pepper, powdered – 1tsp
  • Parmesan Cheese, grated – 4tbsp
  • High fat Milk, 250ml
  • Salt – 1tsp (adjust to you taste)


  • Cut half of brussels sprouts into 4 parts, rest half into halves
  • Heat oilive oil in a pan
  • Add garlic, fry well
  • Add brussels sprouts that is cut into 4 parts, fry well
  • Spread the brussels sprouts aside and make room
  • Place brussels sprouts that is curt into half, fry it well in low flame until brown – do not char it
  • Sprinkle little salt over it
  • Add basil, parsley powder, mix well
  • Add milk, bring it to a boil
  • Add parmesan cheese, pepper powder, salt, mix well
  • Once the sauce thickens a little add cooked pasta, mix well
  • Ganish with little parmesan cheese, basil, parsley
  • Serve hot
