Schezwan Idli

Ingredients

  • Mini idli – 40~50nos
  • Schezwan Sauce – 5tbsp
  • Cabbage, chopped – 4tbsp
  • Carrot, chopped – 3tbsp
  • Fresh Beans, chopped – 3tbsp
  • Green Peas – 2tbsp
  • Celery – 1tbsp
  • Garlic, finely chopped – 1tbsp
  • Green Capsicum, chopped – 2tbsp
  • Spring Onions, chopped – 3tbsp [reserve green part for garnishing]
  • Salt – ½tsp (adjust to your taste)
  • Sesame Oil – 2tbsp

Method

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add garlic, fry until golden brown
  • Add all chopped vegetables, pan fry them until the sides turn crispy
  • Add idlis, mix well and allow them to fry naturally
  • Add schezwan sauce, salt, mix well
  • Garnish with spring onions
  • Serve hot
