South Indian Pancake

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour – 2cup
  • Onion, finely chopped – 1nos
  • Green Chili, finely chopped – 2nos (adjust to your spice level)
  • Sour Curd – 1cup
  • Salt – 1tsp (adjust to your taste)
  • Asafoetida – 1pinch

Method

  • Mix wheat flour, onion, green chili, sour curd, salt, asafoetida into a batter
  • Heat a pan/tawa
  • Pour little batter to make pancakes of desired shape/size
  • Serve hot along with onion, tomato chutney
